Yelsaeb Enterprises LLC was founded in 2005, Owner Layron Dwayne Beasley jr. attended Kauffman fasttrac course, Turner's construction management course, a Kansas City Healthy Homes course and other various courses at Blue Hills contractor incubator. Starting out as a construction company only, sharpening our skills in the commercial and residenial construction areas for the first 5 years. Our company's profits made it possible to purchase our first residential property at 3604 Garfield in 2006 by years end Yelsaeb had completely rehabbed and rented property. We now own the expertise for our company to completely rehabbing any vacant or destressed property while transforming them into hazardous and lead free & safe properties by city code standards.
