The Change Zone is a place where leaders, managers and coaches can go to learn about ontological learning and dynamic change. It promotes thinkers, authors and practitioners developing tools and techniques to bring about transactional, transformational or transcendendal change. The 'zone' is structured around my own take view of the four dimensions of integral change that are easy to make sense of. It is proving to be a powerful thinking tool for people working in diverse learning/change environments.
