As a charter club of Rotary International Organization for over 100 years, we lead the Wilmington, DE community in philanthropy, fundraising, and community service. Our member base is composed of over one hundred community leaders from diverse backgrounds, and we seek to create an inclusive, experiential, and justice-forward environment where all voices are heard and valued. We are committed to bolstering the Wilmington community by: - Serving the community through a wide variety of civic engagement projects- Fostering informed conversation about our city- Equipping our members with leadership and relationship-building skills- Engaging public and private sector leaders to encourage collaborationOur current focus: The Rotary Club of Wilmington has committed to a three-year strategic focus to help improve early education in Delaware. We partner with Wilmington-based non-profit early learning centers to understand and meet the needs of these centers and the families they serve.We encourage our members' imaginations and welcome ideas for how we can make the greatest impact in our local, national, and global communities.Our club meets regularly on Thursdays at 12:00 pm at the Hotel du Pont.
