Root was conceived in London by founders, Kerstin Hörnfeldt and Dan Allen. The idea, to create a space where people can feel awesome, with personal development at the core and where this positive and energetic environment is harnessed to create a peerless hospitality experience.At the current core of Root is a f&b offer centred around hand-crafted pizza. Our pizzas are a big step away from tradition, with a focus on the sourdough bread as a blank canvas for flavour. We change them regularly; give them all engaging names and offer them both as a regular size and half size.The second ring in our offer includes weekend brunches, speciality coffee, fika and sourdough bread. All of which are complimented by a range of outdoor activities offered both directly by Root and in collaboration with a range of partners.
