Many people ask why I work so hard to protect Bexar County families and children in the courthouse. They say Family Law is too emotional and that I should save myself the heartache, stress, and time and just practice another type of law. My response? Families matter. Whether it's representing mothers, fathers, grandparents or children, I know this is my calling. I've never chosen to do what I've wanted to do in life, I've always chosen to do what I must do in life. Knowing that I have protected at least one child, one woman, or one man helps me sleep at night because I know someone is safe.
