And, in my approach to performance, I am people-centric.I am developing my own analysis model, which is planned to go to print in 2016, which enables people in all walks of like to reflect on what they are doing, evaluate it, and to move forward with confidence and hope. More about that later.Every client comes with a unique set of challenges and opportunities. Typically, after an initial consultation, we agree a series of sessions. These might take place face-to-face, or using an online platform. You should expect a dedicated set of materials which to take away from each session, with additional thinking and tasks to complete. We also write reports, and review performance-related documentation, with consultancy services expanding to detailed recommendations for individuals or organisations.
