Hi I'm Alda! Thanks for looking at my page. I am passionate about supporting people to be able to identify their needs and advocate for these to be met. I very much see my role as one of an Ally. I am Neurodivergent myself and received DSA (Disabled Students Allowance) at University and found the support I received to be a game-changer, both in terms of my experience of education and in increasing my understanding of my own needs and strengths.My approach is based on developing a trusting relationship as well as making connections and drawing on passions, skills, and developing opportunities to support you to move towards your goals one step at a time. Sessions are available either on line or in person in and around Oxfordshire.
