Powderham Live! is an inclusive and accessible collaborative community which aims to connect, support, empower and promote young musicians in Devon. With funding for the arts in education reducing, many families are unable to pay for music lessons and there are fewer opportunities available for young musicians. Powderham Live! was born from the need to support local young musicians and offer a comfortable and accessible place to grow. Now, more than ever, this is essential.Using the beautiful rooms at Powderham Castle, together with online sessions, Powderham Live! offers a year round programme to help develop musical and performance skills, build confidence and support mental health.
