The West End Business Association exists to provide a forum for business owners and residents to network and share ideas and resources; to act as liaison between the West End and the City of Portsmouth; and to promote the emergence of the West End as a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly commercial and residential area that welcomes the arts, sustains a diverse mix of businesses and retains the unique identity of the West End.Join West End's local business owners and representatives as we plan and discuss what's happening on this side of town!
