Established in 2005, Oxford Mediation is a panel of experienced dispute resolution professionals who provide mediation services both nationally and internationally.Oxford Mediation panellists have many years experience of commercial, employment and workplace disputes, and have been accredited as mediators by national and international and bodies. Identify the appropriate experience and expertise from our panel of mediators.Oxford Mediation mediators are experienced in helping people settle their disputes. They come from different backgrounds (and include solicitors, barristers, academics, engineers and people with a variety of business experience), and have been accredited by at least one of the main mediation providers offering training. The mediators are insured, supervised and supported. We aim to provide commercial mediators at competitive prices by agreement with the parties. The mediation fee will depend upon the amount in dispute, the complexity of the issues (in particular the amount of pre-reading necessary), the number of parties, the experience of the mediator and whether the mediator is providing the mediation accommodation.Workplace MediationThe workplace mediation process is a staged process requiring careful design. The process starts with a background briefing by the client, and is typically followed by individual meetings between the mediator and the parties. These meetings are then usually followed by a joint meeting involving all parties. The joint meeting might be followed by further private meetings and follow up sessions.Fees for workplace mediations are usually paid by the employer.Details of our charges can be found on our website .If the parties to your dispute have agreed to mediate, you can book one of our mediators in one of three ways:by e-mailing or calling individual mediators to discuss a possible appointment – the contact details for mediators are on their profile pages email enquiries@oxford-mediation.com
