Operate is an observatory focused on the urban waste supply chain, on how to implement the service, on the construction of financialeconomic plans, on the measurement of waste production, on the PAYT.It is also a lab and space for analysis, monitoring, comparison, sharing and information on law, technical, organizational and management development issues.
