Founded by Andrew Costello & Rebecca Lynch, Open At Six was started to help operators overcome the many challenges of running a small business.Our hospitality journey began in 2002 in Dublin, working in concepts from fine dining, to high volume bars, from Dublin to Vancouver and eventually settling in Berlin. We opened Salt n Bone as Berlin's first gastropub, and owned and operated the establishment for nearly a decade.The industry has a reputation for low margins, poor company culture, and long working hours.
