On The Move Rehab is a mobile Out-Patient Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy business serving the Coachella Valley and beyond. We target older adults and work with them in their homes and also partner with Senior Living Communities because we know this population has the most at risk and are in need of quality PT/OT/ST services but often times struggle to be able to get to an appointment or are so taxed by the time they get there that there is little left in the tank to put toward the therapy session itself. We want to be proactive in care and keep these folks aging in place and enjoying the life they want to live. What better place to do it than where they spend the majority of their time; at home!
