I am a Gestalt psychotherapist-in-training at the Gestalt Centre Wales. The centre offers experiential training deeply rooted in the core principles of Gestalt psychotherapy, combined with contemporary developments in the field.Modern living can feel overwhelming at times so I am deeply passionate about creating a safe environment to provide support for the challenges that life can bring. My online practice focuses on supporting your self-exploration and building awareness of mind and body processes to build a greater sense of understanding and balance. I believe that how we relate to ourselves determines how we relate to the world around us and that with enough support, all humans are capable of living in compassionate union with the natural world and the people within it.I work by the UKCP Ethical Principles and Code of Professional Conduct and hold professional liability insurance. All communications are conducted in strict confidence and all of my work is supervised by an experienced and accredited supervisor.
