OGGI BE provides therapeutic services to help people feel at home in their bodies and at home in nature.We provide yoga therapy to help people access all the layers of their being in order to heal, transform, and enhance their lives. Yoga Therapy uses the body as the primary tool for self-exploration and engaging life change. It is based on the teachings, research, and practice of Yoga, Buddhism, Neuroscience, and Psychology. Yoga Therapy is not a yoga class, it's therapy. Most clients have never practiced yoga. Yoga therapy is available for individuals, couples, and groups. We also provide yoga therapy workshops that focus on stress management for businesses to provide to staff, and workshops that function to bring teams together. Yoga therapy is available in person in our office in Williston and also online.We provide Mindful Outdoor Experiences to rebuild the relationship between the individual and our natural habitat, a place that should be as comfortable and intimate as our own living space. Mindful experiences in nature can reduce stress, calm the nervous system, increase attention and focus, and help with anxiety and depression. These are typically group experiences and are excellent team building activities.We also offer yoga and meditation instruction privately, to small groups, and to businesses. Yoga Instruction can be provided in person or online. We prioritize an inclusive, equitable, safe, and welcoming environment.
