Organisational Development Society of Africa (0DSA) was founded in early 20202 as a result of a felt need to set up a forum for OD practitioners dealing with the effects of the pandemic and the great economic reset for purposes of collaboration, sharing of experiences and advocacy. ODSA brings together different OD oriented professionals, with diverse interests, but all having a common vision of a ‘Promoting theory and practice of OD'. A functional and effective ODSA secretariat is hosted at ODSA Kenya chapter-ODSA(K).
