Kent Criminal Law is a private client legal practice with offices in Ramsgate, Kent. We offer a full criminal defence service offering advice and advocacy in respect of all levels of offences. We also offer a private prosecutions service and we have a particular interest in harassment issues. With the growth in cyber bullying and on occasion, a reluctance by the police to take such matters as seriously as might be hoped, we take instructions in the obtaining of harassment injunctions under the provisions of s.3 Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
