Having graduated from Washington State University, he began acquiring his automotive knowledge by working in the automotive aftermarket parts industry for several years, being an automotive aftermarket manufacture representative, owning his own High-Performance Parts Store and Racecar building shop as well as his own experience building his own show/racecars. His automotive experience also includes attending as well as giving Trade Show seminars and technical training seminars. His memberships in various associations and clubs include the Specialty Equipment Manufacture Association (SEMA), Performance and Racing Industry Association (PRI), Founding Member of the National Corvette Museum (NCM), Good Guys Car Club and the National Model A Club.
