Dublin is a small market; having a dedicated in-house new business, PR and awards specialist is rare. I am taking all my experience gained in London & Dublin and offering freelance consultancy for Dublin based creative agencies in the following areas:- Awards show management (from category selection to submissions) - New Business support (from live pitches to revamping creds and approach)- PR & marketing (agency reputation, how to build your agency brand)My background: In my most recent agency role, I was tasked with winning at Cannes Lions — no mean feat given I didn't work directly on any client accounts. After revamping the existing awards process, I was an integral part of the team which saw the agency win their first Yellow Pencil at the renowned D&AD Awards, a Gold Lion and Bronze Lion on the international stage at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity — a mammoth achievement for an independent Irish agency.Alongside this I managed pitches and ongoing new business efforts for the agency with PR & marketing to ensure the agency had a clear, own-able brand which was represented consistently across all touchpoints.
