W.L.L.(KMECO) began as a civil construction company in 1956 by Mr. Khalil Mahmoud Sulaiman in 1964 the company registered in the ministry of Commerce in the name of Khalil Mahmoud Establishment and provided construction for the private sector in the form of housing and commercial and residential buildings with concentrators our private sector and real estate development, the company contracted with the oil and gas sector in specific with Kuwait Oil Company.Many projects and many year have approved and the company contracted with ministry of public works, ministry of defense, ministry of interior, joint operations and ministry of electricity and water, ministry of communication during the year company have ventral out in operations, maintenance mechanical maintenance, steel fabricator and logistics and manpower supply. Major projects include moldering meat and fish market, National Guards, Head Quarters, national housing authority.We are now participated in many prestigious project including Kuwait oil company, Kuwait university, ministry of electric and water.We have change our status from sole sponsorship to W.L.L. and revised our paid capital from 1 million Kuwaiti dinar we are provided to the past of the new remonstration efforts of the great state of Kuwait Major projects consisted of housing, commercial, and municipal infrastructure projects. During those years we remained as one of the trusted contractors for the Ministry of Electricity and Water, the Ministry of Public Works, and Kuwait Oil Company.
