"I'm a behaviour change specialist who is a fully qualified hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and coach. I have spent the last 30 years in changing the behaviours and lives of children, teenagers and adults from all walks of life.I offer an approachable and affordable way of utilising a variety of therapies to enable behavioural and emotional change. Therapy sessions typically last 90 minutes and can take place in Maidenhead or in London. Each client and situation varies and I always make sure to tailor the sessions to the individual. Some of my clients find they have achieved their desired result after a couple of sessions, some prefer to stay with me for a longer period. My main aim is to make you independent and self-reliant so that you can be the best version of you."
