Grupa Phoenix GmbH was founded in 1990 when it was called Phoenix Intermedia Ltd. It was the first publishing office that published colorful press in Poland after all those years of communism. We published titles like: Popcorn, Girl, Auto International, Strick & Schick, Chip etc... We cooperated closely with Marquard Verlag Publishing office form Switzerland. Now a days under all different legal entities, the company invests in all sort of real estate projects starting with housing development; hotels; rental of commercial space and offices; through apartments and warehouse.
