About usOur history begins in 2005, when the idea of the financial holding company was born with all of its financial tools: bank, insurance company, asset management, hedge fund and stock trading institutions. The successful development of the holding's individual structures enabled us to get through the financial crisis, but we were learned our lesson from the crisis and in 2010 a decision was taken to rearrange assets and a new development plan for the 2010- 2015 period was approved.The key objectives of the Group-L at the end of 2015 is revenue growth of more than 2-fold compared with the plan for the year 2010; ROI of at least 15% of the Group as a whole and more than 20% for high-margin businesses; a significant increase in market capitalization, a qualitative change in the structure of income and increased stability of the financial results of the Group, that would provide primarily for the diversification of business structure and interests in particular. Specific goals were defined for each line of business in the new strategy, but the financial sector still remains the priority: investment business and assistance to our clients in the right investment.Asset management has become more urgent, as a result it led to the creation of the first close-ended hedge fund that had unexpected success for us and our longstanding partners, and we decided to create a second larger hedge fund that fits into the strategy of 2015, which was adopted in 2010. The development strategy of daughter financial companies in 2010-2015 involves the construction of efficient, diversified and profitable business, achieving and strengthening the position of the companies in their respective segments through the development of product offerings, diversification of industry and customer segments, development of regional networks and other sales channels.
