The Greater Auburn Gresham Development Corporation (GAGDC) was founded in 2001 by an association of local community leaders to revitalize Auburn Gresham and several surrounding Chicago underserved communities on the south side. GAGDC driven by community created strategies outlined in the Auburn Gresham Quality of Life Plan offers five primary pillars of service to maintain, sustain and grow healthy communities: 1) Business and Economic Development2) Education and Youth Services3) Health and Wellness4) Housing and Senior Services5) Community Engagement
