Our aim is to offer a ‘zero-cost' home for every house sold using an innovative One-for-One model. To make this a reality, we are investing in one of the most advanced modular home build systems currently available in Europe and incorporating this in a new 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility in the heart of south-east England – combining world-leading house designers and a first-rate management team with the latest construction materials and technology - to create a facility capable of delivering over 200 new homes a year by 2024 and scaling to 1,000 affordable homes per year within 10 years.
