The teaching approach is based on experiential learning techniques and inspired by the non-formal education movement. All the sessions are very practical, with a lot of exercises, and there is a great interaction between trainers and trainees. The learning is centered on the trainee and the trainer, most of the time, takes the role of a facilitator of learning instead of taking the role of a teacher or a speaker.
