Frobelles is the brainchild of Mother-Daughter duo Yvonne and Alyssa. The first of its kind to offer over 30 afro hairstyles and a exclusive fashion collections by independent designers. The brand was created in 2018 to positively represent Afro hair in fashion gaming apps after Alyssa struggled to find black characters with Afro hair in dress-up games she played. Today the Frobelles is on the UK's leading indie gaming apps of its kind.Since the launch of the game in 2020, Frobelles has had media coverage on the BBC, Apple and Google. The brand has expanded to include a monthly fan club, comic, activity magazine and merch spanning apparel, gifting and homeware. In 2022, the brand won the Character and Animation Category at the Kelvyn Gardner License This! Competition and is about to embark on it's first licensing programme with exciting plans to expand the brand further and luck the Froboyz in 2023.
