Franklins was founded in 1978 by the late Jim Franklin, who had previously been in practice in Abingdon and Oxford in his grandfather's firm of A. H Franklin. The present partners are Julia Kent and Helen Foreman. Franklins is based in central Abingdon, just a short walk from the town centre shops and car parks.
