Fox For Balance looks to represent the needs and interests of the students within the Fox School of Business who have difficulty balancing their school-life with their social and work lives. Fox For Balance teaches students how to manage stress. Throughout each semester (fall and spring), FFB will hold multiple meetings and events, as well as workshops, that are all catered to teaching business students techniques on managing stress.Fox For Balance also aims to connect students with important services that Temple University offers, including the Disability Resource and Services (DRS) center and the Temple University Wellness Resource Center (TUWRC). Fox For Balance will give students an opportunity to network with professionals from companies and firms located in the greater Philadelphia area. These professionals will talk about how they personally handle stress as busy professionals and what their companies offer employees to help them deal with stress.
