I've learned to share my experience through a combination of treatments.I'm a passionate healer and I'm dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical and emotional transitions in the most efficient and trans-formative way possible. I have tailored Forever Therapies & Wellbeing to be a person centered approach to healing and lifechanging opportunities. My passion is to help and support people to become the best version of themselves using all my skills.I have supported on many Wellbeing Retreats specialising in Anxiety and Depression, facilitated Workshops as part of the True to You Programme and I also run a Wellbeing in the Workplace Programme for the NHS.
