Kokopelli Community Workshop Foreclosure Relief Project (KCWFR) provides a self service web site, educational classes and referrals to homeowners seeking relief from mortgage lending abuse, and for the purpose of their pending funding proposals has extensively screened and interviewed more than 1,000 mortgage fraud victims over a period of the last four years, compiling substantive statistical research demonstrating common complaints against lenders and investors, ranging from lending abuse and mortgage servicing fraud violations, commercial financial elder abuse, unwarranted foreclosures and multiple violations of Trust Deed Sale laws and procedures.
