Kristy Foreman is the Founder & Principal of ForeReach Consulting. She is a practicing member of the Law Society of British Columbia and was called to the BC bar in 1999. She has followed her passion for legal talent management and program development since 2009 for government, a large national firm and a mid-size regional firm. This diversity of experience gives Kristy a rare perspective on how hiring decisions are made and how legal practices of all types can be more efficient, more profitable and more sustainable.
