This is why we've developed Fléien, a digital platform that allows businesses to publish their job vacancies and allows not only local candidates to apply for jobs, but also candidates from all around the world can apply for jobs without geographical or nationality restraints… all for free!\\How does it work? Companies publish job offers which are categorized by continent and country whereby candidates can apply from all around the world with equal conditions for both local and foreign candidates. If a foreign candidate is chosen he/she is responsible for paying all immigration and work permit fees. If a local candidate or a foreign candidate with all the immigration permits completed is chosen, both the company and the candidate are responsible for a fee of $200 USD.\\With this mechanism we seek to have a more globalized world where geographical limitations aren't a barrier when looking for job opportunities.
