Fitness World Calicut started on January 17-01-2011 by Henry Polski. Henry Polski is a foreigner from Europe. He founded Fitness World in 1978 on many countries and he came to Calicut to create fitness world gymnastic center in India. Henry Polski passed away January 10-01-2013. After his death Nisaruddin took responsibility of fitness world Calicut. Nisaruddin spended money and developed Fitness World. He arranged many equipment's and professional experienced coaches from India and Foreignness. Fitness World is one of the best gyms in India. Fitness World has the best coaches from India and foreignness. Fitness World have all equipment and protein powders and everything needed for bodybuilders. Fitness world Calicut have 8 years of experience. Fitness World Calicut got many achievements and awards in many competition of bodybuilding. Fitness world have two sessions daily morning session and evening session. For two sessions coaches were different. Our timings in a week for Monday to Saturday morning 6-11 and evening 4-12 and Sunday will be holiday for rest. Rules and regulations are there in our gym it should follow properly. Fitness is a dream of many people and fitness will improve our mentality body and improves our immune system and blood pressure and fitness makes you a wealthiest person.
