Welcome to Fit N Well. An Exercise Based Therapy service for young people aged 14 to 25. Based in the South of Adelaide, Fit N Well embraces the idea that personal and physical wellbeing is interconnected. Fit N Well allows young people the opportunity to explore issues around their wellbeing such as anxiety, depression, school refusal, and children struggling with big emotions and many others while engaging in physical activity. The main practitioner at Fit N Well is a qualified Social Worker as well as being an accredited Strength and Conditioning coach. He has over 10 years experience working with young people, this unique combination allows safe and professional counselling for young people and safe and challenging exploration of physical activity.
