First Health is a premium athleisure brand based out of Toronto, Canada founded in December 2019 by Maaz Waqqar. We're known for our seamless and buttery-soft fabric, along with our wide range of colour options. Each month, we donate 5% of our net proceeds to a pillar of health that our customers help us select. Within each pillar of health (environmental, spiritual, mental, physical), we work with non-profit organizations that give back to communities in need.
