We aim to become the primary source of motivation for our players by gamifying this fitness journey.You may choose from a range of activities like Walk, Hike, Run, Cycle, Jump ropes, Stair climb, Pull-ups, Push-ups, Plank, Crunches, Squats, Mountain Climbers, Leg raises, Burpees, Russian Twists, Flutter kicks and Suryanamaskar. No compulsion on which activity you do and where you do until you stay active for your ownself.
