Femme Noire is Syracuse University's only interest magazine for and by women of color. Femme Noire aims to explore all aspects of popular culture, relationships- even fashion and beauty through a lens that captures women and femmes of all race, ethnicity, size, sexual orientation, and gender expression. We tell the stories of those who are systematically ignored and create content for those who typically do not see themselves in mainstream media.
