FRESH. is a fitness class provider offering a welcoming and open space for all people regardless of age, gender or background to access fitness anywhere, anytime. We offer a wealth of activities which enhance physical and mental well-being whilst building a community and support network for all.FRESH. was initially planned as a community and fitness centre based in Ely, offering fitness and meditation classes, workshops and seminars and other community focused groups. It is now a buzzing hub of activity with classes such as Barre, Yoga, HIIT, Pilates, Dance, Meditation, Kickboxing and more. We now run the business as a hybrid studio meaning we offer classes in-person, live-streamed and on-demand. This ensures that anyone wanting to access fitness and wellness classes can do at their own pace, in an environment that works for them.We also offer a range of free classes for those who are most in need and we are aiming to build on that more and more over the next 12 months as part of our Community Initiative. The idea is to have one free class a day on our timetable taught by a professional instructor, which is specialised for an underrepresented group or demographic. So far we offer Body Balance for Seniors and Plus SizeFitness.Above all else the most key element of FRESH. is the community feel you get when you walk through the door. All of the clients have embraced this so much and everyone genuinely looks out for one another. It feels like a warm space to be yourself and to share with others. We always hoped we could achieve this level of comfort at the studio but the reality is above and beyond what we hoped for.
