FIRM-ARCH is a collaborative architecture practice based in Galicia and Barcelona, with ongoing projects in Spain and Italy.Their work and research focuses on contemporary ways of living in rural and urban realities. The studio has experience in residential, cultural, retail and public space projects, both with public and private clients.The practice understands architecture as an answer to social, cultural and economic contexts with projects that try to be honest, functional and respectful with the environment.The architectural concepts are very related to structure and materiality and enriched by the different perspectives that each of them continuously shares after having lived and worked in different places.Their work has been published and recognized with several awards such as Archdaily, YTAA, COAG, Universidad de Navarra, CPAU El Chaco or Instituto Gogora.
