FIG began as a seed in the form of "What if?">> What if people freely shared their ideas without second thought or fear of being ridiculed? >> What if we could crowdsource solutions to a challenge or opportunity?>> What if we could get stuff done, be creative, AND have fun at the same time? So many what ifs turned into "Why not?"I firmly believe that people, regardless of their background, education, title, age, experience, fill in the blank, have the power to do great things, sometimes they may need guidance or a path forward.This where I come in. I LOVE creating unique, fun, and creative experiences for people's minds to flourish and solves big problems or reach for grand opportunities. FIG experiences utilize a range of facilitation tools focused on achieving outcomes while being creative and having fun.
