Seniors are expensive and have low engagement and juniors require too much attention and have a low conversion rate.To help with this, we prepare the new generations of software engineers to assimilate and internalize what are considered best practices in software development. We start with a team of junior software engineers very carefully selected and include them in a 12 weeks bootcamp that will convert them in a cohesive and high-performance team.This relieves companies from dedicating resources, ensures quality and standardizes the level and baseline for their software engineers.The methodology we use is based on the Apprenticeship program: the relation between Senpai (master) and Kohai (apprentice). The Senpai will guide the Kohai through a path of learning by doing, understanding and assimilating of knowledge to set the foundations of the best practices in IT Engineering.
