We are a tech. enabled Multi-brand cloud kitchen startup with a focus on popular global fast foods in metropolitan areas of India.We are on our first outlet and have seen an average 50% plus growth in revenue month on month for 3 months straight. Our menus have been tested and reworked, some brands didn't work out and were ditched, and new brands were introduced successfully. Our staff has been well trained and is also now capable of training others. Thus, we are now in a position to grow our 4 active brands and expand to new locations in Bangalore - for which we need funding.Our lean operational model uses automation to minimise inventory holding and reduce wastage.
