We develop health and care managers by helping them to solve real and pressing problems. Rather than transferring sills while we solve problems, we focus on solving issues while we transfer skills and capability. We do this by providing training, development and coaching to individuals, embedding this with the right organisational support and backing this up with tools and techniques.We can do this for almost any issue, and provide general training and development for managers in primary care, trusts, care homes, commissioners or systems, but we have real depth and breadth in workforce planning and cost reduction. Working with partners across the health sector, we work to ensure that all staff have a real project to guide their development, and we take on a role in solving the problem for the organisation - but with skills transfer as the core deliverable.
