This space is neurodiversity affirming, led by what you want and need, and currently, a virtual one as I offer exclusively telehealth-based support.The support I provide draws upon a range of frameworks, including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy and Polyvagal Theory.My areas of interest include anxiety and depression, autism, adult ADHD, life transitions, perinatal mental health (including adjusting to motherhood), parenting, work/life balance.
