The California Mid-Winter Fair Heritage Foundation's is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. The CMWF Heritage Foundation endeavors to preserve and enrich the heritage of the 45th District Agricultural Association "The California Mid-Winter Fair and Fiesta" and its facilities, infrastructure, organizations, and ongoing youth programs. Any and all capital improvements are subject to approval of the 45th District Agricultural Association's Board of Directors.
