Breathe at Work is a sister business of both PuraVegan Cafe and of Pura Yoga and Meditation Center, both opened in 2011, in the DeBaliviere Place neighborhood of Saint Louis, MO. We recognize that while many people visit our establishments to seek out healthy food and lifestyles, not everyone has the time or interest to seek it out. Over the last couple of years, we started visiting various businesses throughout Saint Louis, to help employers turn their teams on to the tremendous benefits of yoga, meditation and plant based food.
