Be Well Be Here, a 501c3 non-profit mindful wellness collaborative, is dedicated to co-creating personalized practices through supportive experiential learning. Our teachers have extensive knowledge of mindful wellness modalities as well as embodied experience in their areas of expertise.As a mindful wellness educational collaborative, we endeavor to meet people where they are, share practices that befriend, honor diversity and inclusion, design creative mindful wellness strategies that are easily incorporated into daily life, and mindfully build caring, connected community.
