BEI VITA is an educational group with a mission to revitalize work culture through wellness, community, and human development. Globally, 1 in 4 people will be affected mental health issues at some point in their lives (WHO statistic 2019). Our aim is to bring awareness to these issues through the lens of health and wellness. We do so through online & offline educational engagement sessions (connection experiences) hosted by our international collective of subject matter experts focused on wellness themes both personally and professionally.Our primary focus is in the corporate world, where most of these health issues are borne and fostered. Many companies are not equipped with the proper tools, infrastructure, or resources to help their employees or rely on a small group who simply are not qualified nor have capacity to manage such a task. Millions of dollars are lost in productivity, talent recruitment challenges and workplace focus and innovation.Community is what dictates an organization's state of vitality and success. To achieve a healthy and thriving community, a company requires commitment to its collaborative culture, which BEI VITA aims to provide. Cultivating community starts with thoughtfully curated programs, what we call ‘connection experiences'.These are human-centric topics focused on growth and development.
